1、 First, distinguish from the material

2. 6061 Oral: Why is industrial aluminum called industrial aluminum? It is because it has good corrosion resistance and good weldability. At T6 state, the Vickers hardness is 12 degrees.

3.6082 Oral: Aviation aluminum is a new alloy with a Wechsler hardness of 15-17 degrees in T6 state, similar in composition to 6061, and is an upgraded version of 6061. However, due to its better performance, it is widely used in Europe because its tensile strength is about 10-18% higher than 6061. At the same time, due to the reduced copper composition, it has better corrosion resistance, but does not lose any extrusion performance and anodic oxidation reaction. Copper in 6061 is used as the reinforcing phase, while chromium is used for recrystallization control. The copper content in 6082 decreased, and manganese was used for recrystallization control.
